Recently i tried hands on windows 7. I was using Windows Vista Business...
which i upgraded to Windows 7 ( this was a mistake i think.. i should had gone for dual boot instead )
first experience was my internet was not working... though i was successfully connected.. and able t ping differnet sites successfully... i had no luck with browsers.
that time i thought it would be better if i had gone for Dual boot ..at least i can search for my problem on net through vista..
finally i got rid of the problem..it was antivirus software ( Symantec ) which was causing problem...
Microsoft recommends.. norton, avg with windows 7.
apart from this problem it was beauty...
most importantly now shutdown button is in place where it used to be before vista...
lol.......
2nd they had removed those annoying prompts requrign permission each and every time u want to do a thing ...
3rd feature was photo viewer it was nice to browse image files..easy zoom...
rest will update as i knw....
i recommend upgrading to windows 7.. no harm in it if you are used to vista...

I am also thinking of upgrade to windows 7. but am not doing cause i recently bought this lenovo pad and was not sure of windows 7 also .after your this experience with windows 7 i am more afraid of it now .cause i can't afford to have issues like no internet even for 4-5 hrs it affects my productivity and work and more importantly earnings too. will wait and watch ..no other option to windows VISTA.
